We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on digital products (as download happens within minutes of your purchase).

You may request your money back by emailing support@coffeeinmykitchen.com. That email must reference the Product, set out the date of your purchase, and the email and name associated with the purchase. You are not required to submit any proof that you have completed any work or meet any other requirements.

A refund can only be sent to the original payment method. If you no longer have access to that payment method, then you will need to contact the bank or agency for the original payment method to claim the funds after the refund is sent.
